Within the U.S. several shipping options are offered, typically starting around $4 for Standard Shipping. Shipping rates vary depending on the weight and amount of products ordered.
Shipping internationally typically starts around $7.99 USD and increases with the addition of more items.
To get an accurate price quote for shipping, please add the items you want to your cart and proceed to checkout, then select your shipping destination country from the checkout's drop-down menu.
International Shipping & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Note, Foodie Wear Japan is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Due to the widespread of COVID-19 globally, we expect major international delivery delays due to insufficient air freight capacity and government restrictions. Carriers are still working actively to deliver but there may still be service impacts, please expect delays when shipping internationally.
Where is my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, if tracking is available for your shipping method. Additionally, it'll let you know at checkout if the shipping method selected for your order does not include tracking.
As a note, all deliveries with Standard, International, and International Plus shipping methods selected are ultimately carried out by your local post service and will come with your regular mail.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order leaves the third party fulfillment center. That email will include a list of everything that has shipped, as well as a link to tracking information. If your order is coming from more than one fulfiller, for example if you ordered both shirts and a few pillows, you'll receive more than one shipping confirmation from us!

Why doesn't the color of my tees match?
Due to the complexities of an international supply chain—including fulfillment center availability, varying dye lots, and the specific brand used for each product—we are unable to guarantee that colors will match exactly across different sizes and styles. For example, the Men’s Classic T-Shirt, and the Youth T-Shirt are different supplier brands, so it's possible colors with the same name may be slightly different shades. For differing styles, any color differences will be reflected on the product page. Within a style, colors may vary based on garment availability at the brand level.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Items purchased are custom made and printed just for you. Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective.
If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong.
